Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26/08/2026

RavoLabs Ltd ("RavoLabs", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

RavoLabs Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 14772225, registered office at Park Avenue, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 8AU.

Who we are

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions, you can reach us through the contact form on this website.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. Currently, that happens in one place: our contact form.

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your company name (if provided)
  • Your email address
  • The message you send us
  • The subject category you select

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We process your contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest, specifically, responding to enquiries from people who have chosen to contact us. Where you ask us to take further steps (for example, providing a quote or entering into a contract), we may rely on the steps necessary to enter into that contract.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated abuse. Turnstile runs invisibly in the background, you won't see a widget or be asked to interact with anything, but it checks signals from your browser before allowing the form to be submitted. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. By using our contact form, you accept that this data may be shared with Cloudflare for this purpose.

Google Analytics

With your consent, given through the cookie banner on this site, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are most popular. This helps us improve the site. Analytics data is only collected once you've actively agreed to it, it does not run by default. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your data

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and not longer than 24 months unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Ask us to restrict how we use your data
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Ask for your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the website contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your data properly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
