We fix the technical problems slowing your business down.
A slow website, a system that doesn't fit how you work, software you've outgrown. We help small businesses and independents sort out the technical stuff getting in the way of the actual work, from a single stuck process to the website out front.
Business Apps
Systems that actually fit how you work.
IT Consultancy
Honest, independent advice.
Websites
Fast, functional, built to do a job.
If any of this sounds familiar
Your website is working against you
Slow to load, painful to update, or just not bringing in the enquiries it should. We build and fix websites that do their job, whether that's a rebuild from scratch or sorting out what's already there.
Your systems don't talk to each other
Spreadsheets, separate logins, manual copying between tools that should just work together. We build small, focused apps and connect your existing software so the pieces actually fit.
Off-the-shelf software doesn't quite fit
Most business software is built for a company that isn't yours. We configure and adjust what you already use, or find something closer to what you actually need.
You're not sure what's actually wrong
Sometimes the problem isn't obvious. We'll look at what you've got and tell you honestly what's worth fixing, and what isn't worth the money.
What we've built, and what clients said
A self-hosted business management system
Built on an open-source platform for a growing company, replacing a tangle of spreadsheets with one place to run the business, from records to reporting.
Results tracking for a local sports league
A small web app used by a community league to record fixtures, results, and standings, simple enough that volunteers can run it themselves.
Websites for local businesses across Staffordshire
From a physiotherapy clinic to a structural engineering practice, each one built for what the business actually needed. A few recent examples, live and running:
Tidy Graves
Grave renovation and maintenance service, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Visit site →PK4 Design
Structural engineering practice, Stone, Staffordshire.
Visit site →Friarswood Physiotherapy Clinic
Physiotherapy and sports injury clinic, established 1990.
Visit site →St Mary's Catholic Primary School
Catholic primary school, Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Understand
A conversation about what's actually slowing you down. Not a sales pitch.
Recommend
A clear, honest view of your options, including doing nothing at all.
Build
The actual work, done properly the first time.
Support
Ongoing monitoring and updates, plus a real person to call when something breaks.
You get direct access, not a helpdesk queue.
Open-source foundations
We build on proven, open platforms rather than locking you into software only one company controls.
Right-sized, not oversold
We scope for the business you actually have, not one five times the size.
No account management layer
Whoever does the work is who you speak to, including when something needs fixing later.
Over 10 years in the IT industry, built across a wide range of projects and customers.
We work directly with the people running the business, on practical technology that fixes a real problem rather than filling a slide deck.
We only take on work we can do properly. If something's outside what we do well, we'll say so rather than take it on anyway.
Questions worth answering upfront
Do you only work with businesses in Staffordshire?
No. We're based here, but we work with businesses across the UK. Most of the work can be done remotely, and we'll travel for anything that needs a site visit.
I already have a website or system, I just need it fixed.
That's most of what we do. You don't need a full rebuild to get in touch, plenty of projects start with fixing what's already there.
Do I need to sign up to an ongoing contract?
No. Some work is a single project, some is ongoing support. It depends what you actually need, not what fits a standard package.
What if I'm not sure what the problem even is?
That's fine, that's usually where we start. Get in touch and describe what's going wrong day to day, and we'll help work out what's actually behind it.
Tell us what's not working
Get in touch for a straightforward conversation about your systems, your website, or whatever's currently causing the headache. We'll get back to you within a couple of working days.
